Processing Time
Most orders are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Custom Orders
Custom orders may require additional production time. We'll provide an estimated completion date when your order is placed.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Shattered Skull Co. is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
